• Identify a long list of suitable meeting partners on the basis of the company profiles/ intakes provided by client.

• Formulate customized strategy for your products, technologies, services, markets, & needs.

• After receiving the feedback of each client on the long list of suitable meeting partners, BCI will build a final shortlist and a matchmaking program schedule.

• Provide a list of invitees for the session and send out invitations

• Provide a list of participants on the basis of the replies received.

• BCI will be present during the event to assist in receiving guests and solving any issues during the session to provide organizational assistance during the matchmaking meetings, (i.e., overseeing individual programs, helping counterparts find each other, checking whether interpretation support is necessary in advance, noticing changes and informing both sides in advance, solving practical problems on spot, etc.
